This privacy notice explains how Inventis ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through inventis.ae. It covers the data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights available to the people the data relates to.

The controller of personal data submitted through this site is Inventis, with its registered office at Bay Square, Building 4, 2nd Floor, Business Bay, P.O. Box 14110, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Data we collect
- Contact data submitted through our enquiry form: name, company, country, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
- Technical data processed by our analytics provider: anonymised page-view events, performance metrics and aggregate device information. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
Why we process it
- To respond to enquiries and assess potential business engagements.
- To improve the performance and accessibility of the website.
- To comply with legal obligations applicable to our operations.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and improving our website. Where applicable under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies.
Recipients
Enquiry data is delivered to info@inventis.ae through Resend, our transactional email provider. Analytics data is processed by Vercel Analytics. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some processors operate outside the UAE. Where transfers occur, they are carried out under appropriate safeguards in line with the UAE PDPL.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as is necessary to evaluate and progress your request, and afterwards for the period required to meet legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests to info@inventis.ae.
